MCD joints®They are developed and manufactured following a strict process that guarantees the origin of the elastomer and the quality of the gasket.
We manufacture gaskets for all makes and models of plate heat exchangers, of all sizes and with the elastomer recommended by the original manufacturer. We are constantly expanding our range according to OEM brands.
MAINTENANCE (FRANCE)
Our service center based in France and unique in Europe, allows us to improve our experience and knowledge to offer various services tailored to the needs of our customers.
These services include integrity testing, control, repair and maintenance of plate heat exchangers. Our qualified field engineers also operate at production sites in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

MCD is certified in its 2 production sites, ISO 9001 for the quality of its knowledge and skills. Our site in Guny (France) is recognized by the French MASE certification for the safety and health of its employees, and our site in Wuxi is ISO 14001 certified for its environmental management. Mastery of all these processes allows MCD to supply products with the same guarantee as that of the original manufacturers, that is, 1 year.

Our vision of CSR development is translated through means implemented daily to be involved and consistent with our code of ethics. For example, in 2019, MCD invested 1,978 million euros in Guny in a new fully automated and safe process for the surface treatment of heat exchanger plates for the Services activity (only available in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland). This investment includes a new “Vertido Cero” industrial water treatment plant that will considerably reduce its environmental impact and drastically improve the working conditions of its employees.

Today, MCD is present in more than 90 countries and has a sales team that works closely with its customers. Wherever they are in the world, MCD is organized (customer service, stock, production planning, etc.) to respond to our customers' requests as quickly as possible.

DECENTRALIZED STOCK MANAGEMENT
Our goal is to always be as close as possible to our customers and offer them exceptional service. Currently, we have three strategic warehouses for plates and gaskets for almost all brands of plate heat exchangers in France, the United States and China. Having our stock in three locations allows for faster delivery to our customers anywhere in the world.
- A permanent stock of 30,000 gaskets in the US;
- A permanent stock of 120,000 gaskets and 20,000 plates in France;
- A permanent stock of 80,000 gaskets in China.
SHORTER DELIVERY TIMES
We aspire to better serve our customers and anticipate their needs. For this, we have developed the performance of our supply chain and we have fine-tuned our stock management according to the rotation of our articles.
We maintain a permanent stock of gaskets and plates with the highest demand. 50% of our best-selling products and 10% of our references are kept in stock at our three warehouse sites. This strategy allows us to reduce delivery times and satisfy our customers.
OPTIMIZED COSTS
We also do our best to keep delivery and transportation costs low. Our anticipation strategy really saves money on transportation. We have developed special alliances with the largest carriers (road, rail, air and sea) to provide a selection of the best services according to delivery destination, time and budget. All our shipping partners are Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs), which guarantees safety, reliability and smooth handling of customs procedures.
